Emer Fox is a singer/songwriter based in Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Growing up in a house filled with music and musicians it was therefore inevitable she would turn to writing songs. Her influences are diverse; from the jazzy/blues style of Sammy Cahn and Ira Gershwin to the heart rending country songs of Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris.

In 2009 Emer had a song shortlisted in RTE’s selection process for Eurovision and encouraged by this she has released a catalogue of songs in the past few years which have received great support from radio stations worldwide.

She has been busy with media interviews and a number of appearances on TV in support of her self-produced videos which have been warmly received by industry and viewing public alike on a variety of country music shows on Irish TV, Sky Chs 266 and 191. Her interest in music video production has recently seen her work on projects for other singers. (Mary Duff, Jordan Mogey, Justin McGurk).

Emer has released a number of songs produced by Peter Ware(Charlie Landsborough,Yazz, Hazel Dean) and recorded in Nashville at Danny's Place Studios under musical direction of top session musician Danny Parks(Martina McBride, Brooks and Dunn). She is currently in collaboration with a number of songwriters on joint projects.
